IMSEC family congratulate Mr. Vishal Sharma, students of CS 2nd year to won the first prize at AIRC’17: ALL INDIA ROBOTICS CHALLENGE 2017 organized by Techienest in association with N-VISION IIT HYDERABAD. First he participated in the zonal round which was held in Jaipur and there he got 1st position in the zonal round. He the participated in the final round held at IIT HYDERABAD where the task was to make an autonomous robot on the theme of "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE". He won the first prize. He received a winning trophy, participation certificate, winning certificate, T-shirt, training coupons worth Rs. 50,000/- , cheque of Rs. 10,000/- and offer for internship.

A Multipurpose Drone

Congratulations to Dr. Pankaj Agarwal, HOD and Mr. Mukesh Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, on selection of their research project and getting funded by AKTU, Lucknow. The project aims at developing a multipurpose & cost effective unmanned aerial vehicle.



Detection of Sunflower leaf diseases using image segmentation and soft computing techniques

Congratulations to Mr. Vijai Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, on selection of his research project and getting funded by AKTU, Lucknow. The main objective of this research is to develop a prototype system for detection of sunflower leaf diseases using image segmentation and soft computing techniques. He received a certificate from Shri Yogi Adityanath, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
