Non-Conventional Energy forms one of the pillars for delivering global sustainable environment and the commitment to climate change targets. The Non-Conventional energy industry has matured; with huge investments being ploughed into it globally. The scope for improvement in India's energy system is vast. Non-Conventional Energy currently makes up a small share (20.1%) of total primary commercial energy supply while 64.7% of such supplies come from fossil fuels and 15.2% from hydro and nuclear resources (as on 31 May 2018). The non-commercial combustible biomass and wastes are excluded in this balance. International Conference on Non-Conventional Energy addresses research and development in solar based technologies including energy efficiency.
RANSET 2019 focuses on international participation including experienced and young researchers with interest in Non-Conventional energy studies with emphasis on solar based technology. The conference will be held at New Delhi on 26th & 27th July, 2019 and is being organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering of IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
RANSET 2019 will include articles and presentation on the latest research on solar based technologies.
