In the given problem, develop a mechanism for determining the health of hand pumps in remote areas by checking their handle movement patterns. For this we use the concept of pressure in the valve that controls the flow of water. The pressure of evacuation exerted on the handle changes if there is no proper functioning of the handpump. We will embed a pressure sensor along with the valve that will be able to measure the changed variations and this will be done when the mandatory condition is fulfilled i.e. handpump is used regularly.
