Prof. Shailesh Tiwari, Ph.D. currently works as a Director, IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad, UP, India. He is an alumnus of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, India and having more than 24 years of experience in Teaching, Research & Academic Administration and worked with various institutions like KIET Group of Institutions, Krishna Engineering College, ABES Engineering College, ITS Engineering College, and many more. His primary areas of research are software testing, implementation of optimization algorithms and machine learning techniques in various engineering problems. He has been guided 5 doctorate students successfully. He has published more than 100 publications in International Journals and in Proceedings of International Conferences of repute. He has edited special issues of several Scopus, SCI and E-SCI-indexed journals. He has also edited 25 books published by Springer Nature, Singapore. He has published 4 Indian patents as IPRs. He has organized several international conferences under the banner of IEEE, ACM and Springer. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, member of IEEE Computer Society, Fellow of Institution of Engineers (FIE). He is also a member of IEEE Computer Society- TCCC, TCSE, TCDE, TCSysE, IEEE Computer Society Test Technology Technical Council.
He has also worked on areas such as Congestion Control in ATM by using Hierarchical Fuzzy Systems, Congestion Control in ATM by using Two Layered Fuzzy Systems. Software Testing: Test Case Generation, Mutation testing, Regression Testing and related issues. Soft Computing Techniques: Particle Swarm optimization, Genetic Algorithms etc.
He has delivered Expert Talk on various topics at NIT’s and other Institutes of repute.
He has delivered Keynote and Invited Talks in many International Conferences held at Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and USA.
He has also engaged as a Technical Program Committee Member and Reviewer of many International Conferences such as ICCCT, ICCCA, ICAICE, IEEE Sensors, IC4S, RACCCS, ICDIS, ICSICCS and many more.
He has also published 15 book chapters in Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
