Dr. Vikram Bali is having more than 22 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience. He has worked in various capacities at Engineering colleges in the Delhi-NCR region. During his last assignment, he worked as Professor and Head-Computer Science and Engineering Department at JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. He has traveled across many countries and completed schooling at the International School of Paris, France. He did his B.Tech in (CSE) from REC, Kurukshetra, M.E (CSE) from NITTTR, Chandigarh, and Doctor of Philosophy-Ph.D. (CSE) from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. To have in-depth understanding of the administration process, he has successfully completed Post Graduate Diploma in Business Adminstration (PGDBM) with Specialization in Operations from Symbosis, Pune. His research interest includes Software Engineering, BlockChain, Green Sustainability, and ERP.
He has published more than 70 research papers in International Journals/Conferences and Edited Books indexed in SCI, Web of Science, and Scopus. He is also an author/editor of 8 books published by an International publication house. He is on the editorial board, review panel, member of the organizing committee for various National-International Seminars/Conferences/Journals. He is the Series Editor for three Book Series of CRC Press - Taylor & Francis Group.

He is a senior member of IEEE, ISTE, CSI, and IE. He received a Certificate of Recognition for being selected as one of the 50 Eminent Researchers of 2021, Received IRSD International Academic Leader Award 2021, and been Awarded Green Thinker Z-Distinguished Educator Award 2018 for remarkable contribution in the field of Computer Science and Engineering at 3rd International Convention on Interdisciplinary Research for Sustainable Development (IRSD) at Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chandigarh. He has received a Certificate of Honour from the Department of Science & Technology, UP for Engineering Student's Project Grant Scheme 2019-20. Received Letter of Appreciation from Waljat College of Applied Science, Oman for validation of their research project sponsored by Research Council of Oman, 2019-2020.
He has completed two sponsored research projects, the first one was funded by TEQIP-III and the second one was funded under Unnat Bharat Abhiyaan by MHRD, GoI. Currently, working on the project "Alcohol Detection System (ADS) to Prevent Road Accidents" funded by AKTU, Lucknow. 02 patents have been granted under his name and 05 have been published. He has received grants from AICTE, New Delhi for organizing STTP on "Computer Forensics & Cyber Crime" and ATAL Academy for FDP on "Role of Smart Cities in Society 5.0". He is actively involved in uplifting the quality of technical education by benchmarking the institution and implementing the good practices required for NBA, NAAC, NIRF, QS I-Gauge accreditation agencies.
