Life @ IMSEC is hectic but full of fun and learning. It is a training ground for students which prepares them to handle the difficult and complex schedules of the corporate with ease.
IMSEC believes and strives towards an all-round development of its students. There are strict and rigorous academic schedules and activities on one end of the continuum whereas fun and frolic, enjoyment and amusement form the other end of the continuum of activities in the college. Along with academics, co-curricular activities like projects, industrial visits, guest lectures from industry professionals, annual technical flagship event, TECHNO-VISION and extra-curricular activities such as annual cultural fest, VIBGYOR, sports fest, Chakravyuh, Diwali Nights, excursions, various club activities and many other formal and informal, academic and non-academic activities keep the students engaged throughout the year. Inter-mingling with their peers coming from varied demographic backgrounds, managing hostel mess committees, organizing cultural and sports activities provide an altogether a different experience to students. All these activities help the students in attaining life skills such as interpersonal skills, organizing skills, team work, conflict management, ethics and leadership skills along with gaining technical knowledge so that when they pass out from the college, they are not only good technocrats or managers but are good human beings also.
