Hostel shall be alloted on merit basis, subject to availability.

Hostel Fee are as under:- (DD of Hostel fee shall be payable in the name of "IMS Hostel" and your demand draft should be payable at New Delhi)

A) Newly Admitted Students

Hostel Fee	As per above table + Rs. 5,000/- (Security Money)
First Installment- Registration Charges for reserving Hostel Room at the time of admission.	60% of Hostel Fee (Including 25,000/- Registration Charges) + Rs. 5,000/- (Security Money)
Second Installment- Before Allocation of Hostel Room on or before commencement of classes.	40% of Hostel Fee

B) Existing Students

Hostel Fee	As per above table + Rs. 5,000/- (Security Money)
First Installment- Registration Charges for reserving Hostel Room on or before the last date of even semester examination	25% of Hostel Fee + (Rs. 5000/- if applicable)
Second Installment- Before Allocation of Hostel Room on or before commencement of classes.	50% of Hostel Fee
Third Inistallment od or before 30-11-2025.	25% of Hostel Fee

Note:-
1.  Students will be allowed to keep their luggage only after paying the first instalment. The luggage will be kept in the clock room under the supervision of the hostel caretaker.
2.  Student will have to vacate the hostel within two days after the last examination of even sem 2024-25.  The luggage will be kept in the cloak room under the supervision of the hostel caretaker.
3- After Registration or Allocation of Room, if any student will withdraw, Hostel fee amount will not be refunded.
