Dr. Shomini Parashar is an Assistant Professor at IMS Engineering College, specializing in the screening of bacteria from various sources for agar degradation, holds a PhD in Biotechnology and a Master’s degree in Microbiology from the esteemed Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. Dr. Parashar has done PG Diploma in Bioinformatics from the renowned CSIR institute, IGIB New Delhi and has published a book on "IPR, Biosafety and Bioethics". She has 21 years of teaching cum industry experience, adept at counseling students to successfully prepare them to face today’s world on the professional and personal fronts. Her accomplishments are her students who have been successful on professional and personal frontiers of life.
