Business Idea presentation- "Innovative Business Ideas in Biotechnology and Related Areas"
The Biotechnology Department of IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad, organized an event on innovative business idea presentations in Biotechnology and related areas by the students of B.Tech. Biotechnology on 5th January, 2024. The presentation aimed to ignite new-age business ideas to solve several problems related to environment conservation, health and nutrition, agriculture, and other field for budding entrepreneurs. Moreover, the college platform plays a stepping stone for future entrepreneurs. The students of 1st and 2nd year presented their potential ideas which were enthusiastically appreciated by the faculty members. The students were keenly interested in the event and eager to execute their ideas into reality in the coming semester. Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Head, Biotechnology Department and Dr. Siddharth Vats, Additional Head of Biotechnology Department welcomed the students and appreciated their wonderful efforts. Dr. Rabab Anjum, Mr. Nikhil Kawatra and Dr. Manish Pant were present among the faculty members. The event ended with a vote of thanks to all the participants and the faculty members by the event coordinator, Dr. Shomini Parashar.
