Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, currently serving as Professor & Head at IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad, brings over two decades of extensive experience in the realms of Teaching, Research, Training & Administration. Holding a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from BITS Pilani, along with a Master's in Engineering (Biotechnology) and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Dr. Sharma's academic journey is distinguished by his commitment to excellence. With a focus on nurturing talent and facilitating holistic development, Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma embodies a passion for academia, research, and the cultivation of future leaders in the field of Biotechnology. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated remarkable skills in managing teaching and research staff, fostering interpersonal relations, and employing analytical prowess to address challenges. Dr. Sharma's contributions extend beyond academia; he has successfully supervised Ph.D. & PG research projects, chaired interdisciplinary committees, and actively participated in NBA & NAAC core teams.
