• organised by IMSEC, Ghaziabad under the “Mission Shakti ” of the UP government’s flagship programme & the Guideline of AKTU in Composite Vidayalya, Rasulpur Block, Sikroda Village,Vidhan Chetra-  Razapur, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh,  on Thursday, 26th August 2021. 
•  Dr Suman Gupta, the faculty of AS&H of IMSEC conducted a very informative session on improvement of health and body fitness by traditional Indian methods with help of natural medicinal plants and seasonal local fruits & Vegetables. These methods are easily used in villages & rural areas without extra spent of money and labour by all economic groups’of people. Suman ji introduced the students to the various enriching, purifying & medicinal aspects of traditional plants and trees as Basil (Ocimum sanctum) Barged (Ficus benghalensis), Peepal (Ficus religiosa), Goolar (Ficus glomerata), Neem (Azadirachta indica) & Ghiquar (Aloe vera).
• It was a very informative, interesting and a successful Educational Programme. Mr. Sudhir Chaudhary (Administrative member), Mr. Deepak (technical staff) & Mr. Goverdhan are supportive members of IMSEC of this meaningful program. I respect & thanks to Dr. Prabal K. Chakravorty, Director of IMSEC for giving me an opportunity to do this educational program and providing all support & guidance.
