The programme began with a Welcome Address by Dr. Manas Kumar Mishra, Director, who emphasized the significance of engineering education in building a successful and meaningful career. This was followed by an address by Dr. Sonali Mathur, Professor & Head, CSE, who introduced the department, its vision and mission, and highlighted the wide range of academic activities. She also explained the code of conduct expected from students and guided them on the course structure, encouraging responsibility, innovation, and professional growth.

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering organized an inspiring Orientation Programme for 2nd-year students on 10th September 2025 at the Auditorium, C Block.

A key highlight was the session by the Training & Internship Division (TID), where Dr. Prabhat Kumar Srivastava and Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh discussed internships, industry tie-ups, training modules, and certification programs, motivating students to focus on both knowledge and employability skills.
The Class Coordinators – Dr. Ramesh Kumar Verma, Ms. Mayuri Kulshreshtha, Mr. Asim Kumar Rai, and Mr. Aditya Batra – concluded with valuable insights for the semester.
The programme ended with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Neha Rani, leaving students motivated and excited for the journey ahead.
