The Department of Computer Science & Engineering successfully organized an Orientation Programme for 3rd year B.Tech students on 26th September 2025 at the Auditorium, C Block. The event aimed to welcome students into their new academic phase with guidance, motivation, and insights for professional growth.
The programme commenced with a Welcome Address by Dr. SonaliMathur, Professor & Head, CSE, who shared the department’s vision, mission, and academic initiatives. She also highlighted the importance of discipline, responsibility, and innovation while guiding students through the course structure and future opportunities.
A major highlight was the session conducted by the Training & Internship Division (TID), led by Dr. Prabhat Kumar Srivastava and Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh. They emphasized the role of internships, industry tie-ups, training modules, and certification programs in enhancing employability skills and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
The Class Coordinators – Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Ms. VandnaTomar, Mr. Ravi Kant, and Mr. Naman Sharma – further provided valuable semester-specific insights, motivating students to set clear goals for their academic journey.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Neha Rani, appreciating the efforts of faculty and coordinators, while inspiring students to embrace the opportunities ahead. The programme was smoothly hosted by Ms. Pankhuri, a student of CSE 3rd Year.
