Research & Development
‘Research’ results in the creation of new knowledge and/or the use of existing knowledge in a new and creative way so as to generate new concepts, methodologies and understandings. This could include synthesis and analysis of previous research to the extent that it leads to new and creative outcomes.
Research Orientated Development Activities:
- The department always inscribed for potential research and industrial collaborations. There are multiple MoUs signed with relevant industries for training, internship, summer project and consultancies. Students of ECE department regularly feature in summer internship at CONN centre for Renewable Energy and Research, University of Louisville (United States) especially for renewable energy projects.
- In order to enhance the inter department research and development activities value added and skill development classes like Embedded C for Arduino development board, Raspberry Pi programming using Python, Node MCU programming using Embedded C for the students has been conducted on regular basis.
- In Centre of Excellence “VLSI Design & Embedded Systems”, skill development sessions have been organized by ECE Department faculty members on regular basis for students of ECE Department.
- Renowned academician from reputed institutions and experts from industries continuously visit ECE department for workshops and trainings.
- All the research papers generated from the department publish in reputed SCI/Scopus indexed journals.
