Chest infection detection using ML and Python

A workshop on " Data Science "was organized by Department of Computer Science Engineering at IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad on 24th May 2022, 02:00 PM onwards in Auditorium, C-Block. The speaker was Mr. Rohit Pahwa,a Machine Learning Expert at Shape My Skills Pvt. Limited. The workshop was organized for 2nd year CSE students and Faculty. Approximately 150 students attended this workshop along with all faculty of CSE Department. 
The key areas addressed by Mr. Rohit Pahwa were:
1. ML and their models
2. Real word examples of Machine Learning 
3. Linear Regression Model
4. Random forest model
5. Project on Chest infection detection using ML and Python
Mr. Rohit started the workshop by explaining the Data Science and Machine Learning skills and techniques. He shed light on the various applications of Data Science and how Data science skills continue to be in huge demand across industries. He explained to the students about machine learning techniques and the algorithms that come under these techniques. He also explained how to use different python libraries and how to extract the information using data analytics with the help of a dummy data set. Students raised multiple queries and found this workshop highly beneficial. The workshop was very informative and interactive. Students were highly benefited and would help them to explore different areas of Data Analytics which they would be studying in next semester. 

As a token of gratitude saplings were given to the speaker and his team for conducting such a wonderful workshop. The session ended with a vote of thanks from Dr.Sonali Mathur, HOD CSE.
