The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in collaboration with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) at IMSEC, organized an expert talk on 15th April,2024 focusing on the Application of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Business Intelligence Quotient (BIQ) in the realm of Human Resource Development (HRD). 

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in collaboration with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) at IMSEC, organized an expert talk on 15th April,2024 focusing on the Application of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Business Intelligence Quotient (BIQ) in the realm of Human Resource Development (HRD). 
The keynote speaker, Mr. Sudhakar Dwivedi Assistant Professor (CSE) commenced the session by elucidating the fundamental concepts of Emotional Intelligence and Business Intelligence Quotient. He emphasized that while traditional intelligence quotient (IQ) measures cognitive abilities, EI and BIQ encompass a broader spectrum of skills crucial for professional success, especially in the context of HRD.
