Expert talk on “Outcome-based Education (OBE) Practices and Attainment process” by Mr. Nishant Anand on 17th August 23, at 2:15pm onwards in Seminar Hall, A Block.

The event started with welcoming the Director, IMSEC. He addressed the gathering and gave a very informative session on Outcome Based Education (OBE). He explained about Program Educational Objectives (PEOs), Program Outcomes (POs), Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs) and Course Outcomes (COs). He also explained about CO-PO-PSO mapping to the faculty members. After the introductory session on OBE, Mr. Nishant Anand explained in detail about the attainment process of COs, POs & PSOs. He also explained the target values and the buckets that are used to calculate the attainment levels. He also explained about the opening reports and closing reports that are to be maintained for every course in every semester. The session was very interactive and the audience had many queries which were successfully resolved. The event ended with a Vote of Thanks to all the concerned person.
