The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an Industrial visit for B. Tech. CSE 3rd year (3CSE1) students to Central Electronic Limited, a Government of India Enterpriseunder   the   Department of  Scientific  and  Industrial  Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science  & Technology, Sahibabad on December 13, 2023. Mr. Ravi Kant Singh and Ms. Monika Belwal, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE accompanied the students. CEL is a pioneer in the country in the field of Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) and it has developed the technology with its own R&D efforts. Its solar products have qualified to International Standards IEC 61215/61730.  CEL has developed a number of products for the first time in the Country   through its own R & D efforts and in close association with the premier National & International Laboratories including Defense Laboratories.  In recognition of all these efforts, CEL has been awarded a number of times with prestigious awards including “National Award for R & D by DSIR”. The organization is also having expertise inIoT and Data Analytics. The visit offered a great learning experience for all the students.
