The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering successfully organized an Essay writing competition for UG engineering students on the topic “Future Technology Needs for India- 2047”. This event was held on 14th September 2021 and the Best five entries of this event was forwarded to Technology Information, Forecasting & Assessment Council (TIFAC)- a technology thinktank of the country under the Department of Science & Technology (DST), to take part in nationwide Essay Writing competition organized to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence; “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM)”. The event was coordinated by Ms. Sulekha Saxena under the guidance of Dr. Pankaj Goel.
