The MBA department organized a session on “GENDER SENSITIZATION:Humanity has no Gender where SI Pragati Singh, SO (Mahila Thana, Ghaziabad) shared her life experiences and encouraged attendees to question traditional gender roles and expectations that limit individuals self-expression and opportunities.

The seminar focused on dismantling harmful gender stereotypes that perpetuate discrimination and inequality. Participants engaged in critical discussions, examining how these stereotypes affect various aspects of life, including education, career choices, relationships, and parenting.
