The skill enhancement workshop "Urbanity - A Soft Skill Training Program" was organised on 12/11/2022 for the students in the Department of MBA, IMS Engineering College. Group discussion was organised where students of the first year and second year participated and gave their best. The panel of judges included esteemed faculty of MBA and BTech with two super seniors of the MBA department. The group discussion was of 15 minutes for each group and each group consist of 8-9 members. The candidates were judged based on communication, attire, critical thinking, and body language. Feedback was provided to the participants by the judges.
