industrial visit to “Mother Dairy” for Students of MBA first year

MBA Department of IMS Engineering College provided an opportunity of industrial visit to “Mother Dairy” for Students of MBA first year. Students at Mother Dairy were greeted by Mother dairy staff by offering delicious flavored milk. Then they were taken to a seminar hall where discussions and overall knowledge about the history and working model was explained to the students. After that a presentation related to the advertisements, why milk is necessary to be consumed was explained. It was also explained how there are around ten steps to be followed to test if the quality of milk is right or not, which is a three-hour process.

The session was full of knowledge and learning where participants raised their queries related to various functional aspects at mother Dairy. The queries were answered very effectively. Then the students were taken to the logistics area to get a better understanding about the working of the equipment and the processing of milk to convert it into other dairy products, such as cheese, curd, paneer, ice-cream and their other products.

At the end of this visit participants were offered ice-creams, mother dairy information leaflet and gift as a token of remembrance.
