The topic of the lecture was 'Impact of prompt corrective action of RBI on Indian Banking Industry'. Mr. Sharma, during the session explained the functioning of Indian Banking system while lucidly elaborating finer points such classifications of banks into various categories, the difference between public, private banks and NBFCs etc. He touched upon the roles and functions of RBI in the economic development of India, the corrective framework of RBI etc. The lecture was beneficial for the students of MBA of all specializations.
