Department of Computer Science & Engineering publishes an e-magazine “The Byte” on monthly basis covering student articles & showcasing department activities. The Magazine completed five successful years of publication in year 2019.

ACTIVITIES UNDER ‘THE BYTE’ CLUB

1. Publishing monthly e-magazine

This magazine gives an insight into the range and scope of the imagination and creativity of our students and faculty members. Students are exposed to a wide variety of texts and lots of interactive content. From technical articles, poems, and coding challenge to current affairs, and upcoming events the e-magazine can offer an abundance of high-interest content to support the curriculum and keep up the students with changing trends.

The E-magazine content comprises of the following sections:

2. Techno-cultural programmes

The BYTE Team conducts technical events like coding competetions, web page designing, technical quizzes, which helps in building the coding skills of our students.

The Byte club is also conducting the cultural event ‘Abhivyakti’ twice a year. Which can help in develop our student’s thinking skills, builds self-esteem, and improves resilience, all of which enhance education outcomes.

3. Social Activity

THE BYTE Team organised MADAD a helping hand for needful children. Our Team, Faculties and Students help with donating books, stationary, clothes to needful children.

Student members get to develop their skills at planning and organization, leadership, and boost their credibility.
Student members can get creative about planning and gain experience by conducting events or handling the online contests.
By becoming the member of the club, students can get hands-on experience in managing a team and team dynamics
